In the theory of medical science, at its foundation, the idea is that the brain just magically comes alive and decides “You know what? Schizophrenia doesn’t exist and I will be glad to see the day that I stop seeing this question because the medical analysis of this issue is a theory and a stupid one at that.

The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
